 * I’ve just logged on to update my blog and found the last 2 posts and associated
   comments gone. I don’t understand any of this and just wondered what could have
   caused it, if there is any way of getting them back. My blog is a wordpress blog

 * Most likely your host had to restore a backup. Have a chat with them.
