 * i did a very stupid thing.
    i never logoutin my computer eveytime i login to 
   wordpress. so i dont need to login all the time, and yesterday, i click LOGOUT,
   and i forgot what my password is. I tried to click “lost password” but my host
   disable the mail () function. is there anpther way to “restart” the username+
   pw? thx

 * Amazingly, user passwords are stored in **plaintext** in the database. So simply
   login to your mySQL server and type `select user_login, user_pass from users`.
