    Thanks for WordPress.

There is issue with the lost password results screen which needs to be addressed. If you just enter a valid username or e-mail, the message is returned:

"Sorry, that user does not seem to exist in our database."

In both cases, this wrong-- the user does exist.

One of the following should happen:

    - The user should be returned to the lost password form, with a message that both fields are required.

    - providing either a username /or/ an e-mail should be good enough.

(I looked first for a bug tracking system but didn't find one. ).

Yes, it's stupid because if someone loses his username AND password he is f*cked.

The lost password page should allow somebody to just insert an email address OR an username.

If username AND password are lost, they can be reset by the blog owner: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/phpmyadmin/
