    Hi,
Since you have renamed your login page the lost password password page will not have wp-login.php in the URL.

Can you at least access your renamed login page?
If so, then you will find the lost password page in the link on the bottom of the login page.

I can access it that way, but visitors can’t, because they don’t have access to that page

The lost password page is tied to the login page.
Therefore if you renamed the login page, this will also be reflected in the lost password page.

Are you saying that your visitors are using a different login page? If so what is that page and how did you create it?

    Hello,

I found this post as I encountered the same problem (page can’t be found after clicking “Lost your password”. May I know what does it mean by asking me “Maybe try one of the links below or a search?” ? I really don’t know what I should do.

    Thanks a lot !

    Hi

May I know what does it mean by asking me “Maybe try one of the links below or a search?” ? I really don’t know what I should do.

I’m not sure where you are getting that phrase from:
“Maybe try one of the links……”.
It definitely does not come from this plugin.

What type of login form is it? Which plugin/theme is producing it?
You should check your theme or one of your other plugins.

I don’t know what type and which plugin/theme it is because I even cannot login. When I click “Lost your password”, it shows “Page can’t be found”. Is it 404 error? Or the page does not exist? I cannot reset my password.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your best to help.
