I have misplaced my password and, when I put in “admin” and my email address, I get an email with a new password. The login: is blank so it doesn’t seem to be associating the password with the login name. When I try to log in using “admin” and the password that was emailed to me, it doesn’t work – the login screen just reappears. What could be happening here? Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the database so I have no way of doing it manually.
