lost password not working on multi-site installation?

Loads as

with the call to to enter email to reset rather than put in the new password

Regular wp password reset works

works on staging site
https://naturalepic.staging.wpengine.com/my-account/lost-password/?key=UjCXeZ9nugPoAWlzRHTa&login=danielheron1986

Does the multi-site installation/hosting on wpengine have something to do with the issue? If not, any ideas why it works on staging but not the production site? I’ll post both system reports below

I am having this same exact issue and do not have a multi-site setup. However, I am also hosted by WP engine. Since this occurs on production but not staging, I wonder if it is a caching issue?

Just talked to WP Engine support. They removed caching from that page and now it works!

Yep, make sure you aren’t caching the My Account, Cart, or Checkout pages. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

I have the same problem. The password endpoint page don’t find email address on multiste installation.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Otherwise how to set a custom lost password page?
