Lost Password, Not recieving wordpress email

Hi,

I was running a blog for a couple of years http://www.stalefresh.com. The webhost is ASO. Lately, I have not been able to blog for a few months. Now when I return I am unable to get into my wordpress account with the user name and password. I use the lost password feature but I am not getting any email from wordpress to reset it.

Then I tried to use MyPHPadmin and update the password and email directly on the WP table. However, when I hit save, it does not update anything.

I need to be able to login to my blog immediately to make few corrections. As many visitors are getting malaware message on visting it. I checked with host and they ran virus checks and confirmed there is no virus.

Please provide assistance on how can I login to my wordpress account.
