Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Hi this is sauceinit again from above….another problem I have is that when I do a search of my title Sauce In it, nothing comes up in google at all…..I have installed the All in One SEO, read MANY articles/watched many videos and virtually cannot search for it, the only way I can search is by inserted http://www.sauceinit.com in the google search….FRUSTRATED!
Please open a new topic for that question.
I have uploaded the above https://wordpress.org/themes/page/ and I did and upload in Linux now I do not know what to do in WordPress
Disregard the above, I googled enough to figure this out…I hope this works!
I still have the same problem with my home page indicating
Nothing Found and the home page moved to the about page, what I took from the post above was to install an new them, which I did..nothing works I have also went into my FTP client and deleted the themes, nothing/nothing works, remember I am not very illiterate when it comes to all this computer talk.
I am sorry for the above post I am very frustrated, what I did was finally figure out where my file for my themes was in my FTP(Linus Cpanel), so I deleted the current theme and then uploaded the new one in Cpanel. I then inserted the them in WordPress and I still come up with the same error on the Home page. ” No posts to display Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.” and my home page information is on the About page, although in WordPress when I view the pages, they are correct. I hope you can help me solve this problem, please remember that I have to google every term and phrase I am given to figure this stuff out.
Try switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
Since I do not know much about creating a website, here is what I did per your advice above. I renamed the folder in ftp to “_old” and then uploaded a new theme in my FTP and then activated it in WordPress and I still receive the same error.
I would like to add that I tried this, uploaded a different theme to my FTP, then uploaded to wordpress and activated, the same problem error on the Home page in the website . ” No posts to display Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.” and my home page information is on the About page, although in WordPress when I view the contents of the pages, they are correct.
I do not think I have the old default theme anymore that I was using, I believe I deleted it.
I am still having problems with this, ANY help would be appreciated and I am wondering if this could be due to something I have for Static page under Appearance/customize/Static page? I do not know what is the best selection?
Yes, I believe this is something to do with my static page settings, I have four pages on my website Home/Contact/Store/About. when I sent the static front page to Home and the post page(although all my pages are pages not posts) to another page, the other page acts as the home page and the home page has not information on it….HELP?HELP! HELP!!!!
I have now changed the Static page to the Home page and inserted -no selection- as the post page, all pages are on the website but the home page is still the about page and the about page is the home page.
I fixed it!!! It was all in the static page setup and in my menus
