Lost my site, lost admin page, lost everything!!!

Dear all,
Yesterday all sudden, I lost my site, lost all format, all pictures, everything from my site!!!!! I had been working on it for over a month now!

Today, I tryed searching what is going on and I corrected in the Setting page the URL from http://diaplous-ssda.com to http://diaplous-ssda.com/wordpress. From this time then I was never again able to find my admin page and I have no access in my site.

Even when I tried just to see it in http://diaplous-ssda.com, all formats are lost! There is nothing left!

Please help me!
