Lost my logo and all my customized settings

    Not sure what happened. I was experimenting with the Woocommerce CSV file importer, and after uploading a few test products multiple times I noticed my logo was gone (my favicon is till there), my menus were turned off, and all my customization settings were wiped clean including my Custom CSS.

    I installed a backup from a couple of days ago, but that didn’t help.

    Do I have to customize from scratch? Or is there a file somewhere in my child theme that will restore my settings?

    When I was in my cPanel I also noticed I have two databases….don’t know if I had two before or if that has anything to do with it.

    Anyways, any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Try to check your customizer settings, upload a new logo and set a menu, check it is working or not. There are no file or settings to revert all the customization.

    Yeah, that’s what I thought. Oh well, glad I have my custom CSS saved in a text file. Thanks anyways. 🙂
