Lost My Dashboard and I Can't Go Home

So, ok, this is probably a dumb newbie problem, and I’m sorry for that.

However, I really hope there is an answer to be found that doesn’t involve throwing the whole thing out.

I have been keeping this WordPress blog for a few years now. I had the same theme, etc. I would scroll to the bottom of the page, hit “Log In,” log in, jump onto the Dashboard and go.

Recently, I got the bright idea of installing a new theme. Fabulous. Really like the new look of it.

However, what I wasn’t aware of when I was installing it was that it had no equivalent “Log In” area. So now, I have NO IDEA how to get to the Dashboard to edit or input new content.
