 * After a phone change, my Wordfence Account in Microsoft Authenticator has been
   lost, and now when I try to log in to our website with 2FA, I cannot get passed
   this as no wordfence code appears in the MS Authenticator app, as there is no
   account. How do I get access to the wordpress dashboard in oder to rescan the
   wordfence QR code?

 * After you have disabled our plugin you will be able to login. Then enable our
   plugin again and open the **Login Security **page to deactivate the two-factor
   authentication.
 * We recommend that you keep your two-factor authentication recovery codes in a
   safe place that anyone on your team can access at any time. Recovery codes allow
   you to:
    - Login and temporarily deactivate two-factor authentication.
    - Set up two-factor authentication again or on a different device.
    - Generate a new set of recovery codes.
