Support » Plugin: WordPress Download Manager » Lost Menus After Changing Files To Private

  • Hello!

We have a private, members only section of our website. After changing some of our files to “Private” to ensure our site’s search function did not find them, we lost them on our private member’s only section menu on the backend. Is there anyway to have these files showing when our members are logged in? Below you will find screenshots of our menus:

    Hi,

Download Manager controls the access based on the roles you set in the “Allow Access” option. In your case, I think more access control is coming from some other plugins. You can try deactivating other plugins temporarily to check which one it is.

Which shortcode are you using there to display packages?

    Thanks.
