Lost Menu, Sort of…

Just discovering the forums here on WP, and am hoping I can find some assistance.

Having some issues with a menu on this site:

There should be two menus at the top. One in the upper right corner and one across the middle of the top as seen here:

These are not appearing unless I decrease the browser window size and then re-maximize..and then they are there, per usual. The issue only happens in Chrome, from what I can tell. Firefox and IE seem to be good.

To repeat the problem, open up http://nordstrandpickups.com/ in a google chrome window that is maximized. Then decrease the size, and re-maximize.

The issue started within the last couple days, without any updates or changes being made to the site.

I have a beta version of the site on another server, and upgraded to 3.9, but that was not a fix.
