Lost Mailchimp account info

    The person that setup the free mailchimp account with our wordpress site was let go.
    We did get the info for login, however, it is not working to login.
    We did have someone assigned to update all login info so it is possible they updated the info for the account, but now they are saying the did not do that.
    So all I have is the last part of the api key that links to the list.
    Is there any way to find out what the login for this account is?
    Or would it be best to just deactivate the plugin – install a new and connect to a new mailchimp account? Thanks.

    I suggest to contact MailChimp support and ask them to help you recover your account with them.

    Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “MailChimp for WordPress”. I’m sorry to tell you I am not able to help you with this question as it is not related to our plugin. My advice to you is to contact MailChimp.com as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your MailChimp.com account.
