[resolved] lost image off "stage" area for new pop up (4 posts)

Just downloaded yesterday--thank you so much. I had a very large image that I loaded to the stage, took some time moving it around so I could see the grey circle button bottom right in order to size it way smaller...but I lost the image way above the top of the screen. It does not appear in my edit/creating stage, but when I go to preview the pop-up, I see the bottom of the image at the top of the screen. How can I access that image and delete it?

Sorry to say you may have to reset the stage.

I can take a look if you'd like to send a temp login to support [at] optinrevolution.com

Use the resize to tweak the size of your image. I would resize the image to roughly the correct size before uploading to wordpress.

Remember the larger the image the bigger the size the slower it will load.

I always optimize my images before uploading them and make them as small as possible to increase load times. If your using a Mac ImageOptim works great!

Great, I was about to reset the stage thinking that was my best course of action. Thanks for the tip on Mac ImageOptim, I'll check it out. I did go ahead and resize the image in my Preview so now I'll load it to my WP media and try again. Should be way smaller. Thanks for writing back so soon!

Check out Skitch if you've got a Mac. I use those 2 a lot. :)

    Both are free.
