@jontwerp can you let us know the following?
1. The URL of your WordPress.com site where your followers were (example.wordpress.com)
2. The URL of your site that you moved them to. You do need to have an active Jetpack connection in order to do this.
The site you gave us – grofvankoren.com – is a WordPress.com site so we need more information before we can dig into this further.
Thanks!
Hi csonnek,
Thanks for replying!
1. wordpress.com where the followers were: https://grofvankoren.com/
2. wordpress.org moved them to (with active jetpack): http://heidikoren.nl/
Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I had a look at http://heidikoren.nl/ and noticed that Jetpack’s Subscriber feature is currently disabled.
Can you please follow the steps at the top of our Subscriptions support page to enable that feature? Then, see if your subscribers appear as expected.
Please let us know how that works for you, and we can go from there!
Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the reply!
I enabled the Subscriber feature, but unfortunately the more than 2000 followers on grofvankoren.com are not migrated to heidikoren.nl.
Just 39 followers and 73 email followers.
At grofvankoren.com the more than 2000 followers are gone.
Is there a way to solve this?
Thanks again!
Janneke
