Lost followers

    Hi

    We moved our blog from http://mayihlome.wordpress.com to http://mayihlomenews.co.za but it seems we have lost majority of our subscribers.

    We migrated subscribers but only few subscribers were migrated…less than 350 out of more than 1300.

    can someone help as most of our subscribers are complaining that they no longer get our emails.

    btw i am not sure if this is the right place but i am hoping if its not i will be pointed to the right direction

    Double check your subscriber stats on the WordPress.com blog. It’s important to note that WordPress.com includes your Publicize-connected Twitter and Facebook followers in the Subscribers total, whereas Jetpack only includes your WordPress.com Reader and Email followers in its Subscribers total (even if you still have Publicize connected).
