• We’ve been on Version 5.8.1.3 since you rolled out your upgrades 3 months ago. Every time there’s a new upgrade and we apply it we lose our events. We waited a while to try your latest version 5.9.5, and once we did, we lost all the events that were entered from 3 months ago (since 5.8.1.3).
    Now we reverted back to 5.8.1.3 and all events are back. Is there a way to apply your latest version without losing events that were entered under a previous version?

    that’s weird, haven’t experienced this before and EM updates should not delete any events or bookings except updating recurring event templates tickets or recurrences schedule.

    another way for updating is manual updates – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/installation/ (via ftp)

    How does that help solve the issue? Every update after 5.8.1.3 breaks some of the events. You guys need to figure out why it’s happening and why your subsequent updates are not updating all the events!?
