# Lost email subscribers

 * I’ve been having some server/site issues this week and jetpack was one of them.
   I reinstalled the plugin and re-authorized and seem to have lost email subscribers.
   
   I’m not sure if I connected it to the wrong wordpress.com account(because of 
   course I have a couple ugh), or what. I tried to disconnect and connect to the
   other wordpress account I have but that didn’t seem to make a difference. When
   I look at the widgets page and look at the subscriber count it’s a bit over 2,000,
   where last week it was 48,000. I’m not sure what to do about this or how to even
   look into the problem. Thanks
