 * After upgrading to WordPress 3.6 I lost add columns. The add single column is
still there but I use multiple columns a lot and this option is missing. Also
I have lost the ability to add tables. Also the font size option has been replaced
with paragraph option. How do I regain the ability to add tables, multiple columns
as well as selecting the font size? Also I lost the ability to add and edit sliders
on the edit Home Page. Where do I go now to edit sliders? To turn off the default
social networking without having to turn them off manually when I make a new
   post?

 * Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with **
   all** other plugins deactivated?

 * The only theme that comes close to having all of the editing tools is Modernize.
The rest eliminates some more of the tools instead of adding them.

 * That’s not what I asked. Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty
Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

 * I didn’t think I did what you asked. There are not any plugins installed and
when I set Twenty Thirteen as default I loose even more of the editing tools.
I’m still not sure that I am doing as you ask. I’m sorry I am a newby and have
been using wordpress just a few months, and I do not know exactly what I am doing.

 * Try re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the root wp-config.php & .htaccess
files and the the wp-content folder – from a **fresh** download of WordPress.
Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the
   new ones.

 * Again I am probably exposing my ignorance as this is my first attempt at maintaining
website and I am stumbling around not really knowing what I am doing.
 * As the issue of WordPress I am using is installed on a host server and the only
thing I can do is to uninstall WordPress from my account manager. It is apparent
there is a way to remove these files but I do not know what it is. I’m sorry
I do not know much about the technical end of the issue.
