lost all the controls to edit text on all page editing or creating

    Some how the only links I have like the ones above. I do not have any links to change fonts, change size, center text, etc. And the HTML Vision controls are not in tabs but are side by side on the left side about the text box. How can I get the other tools back?

    First thing I would try is to clear the browser history. If using Firefox, that would be Tools > Recent History (or at least under Ubuntu Linux it is) or try the shortcut of Ctrl + Shift + Del. Then reload the page using Ctrl + F5.

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, try deactivating any recently activated plugins. Sometimes a newly added plugin may cause the issue you are facing.

    Thank you ever so much. I ran the clear recent history and got an error message about a chrome/browser/etc .js script that was busy, I clicked continue and got the same message. This time I clicked stop script and it finished. I reloaded the page and all is well.

    I get very frustrated with this program. This all started when I tried to install the Google Document Embedder plugin. I had totally removed that plugin before I found the problem and I will not try to use it again.
