I went to URI editor tab and selected a post type called projects. I changed the full URI and permalink for 9 items, one example is campaigns/gleaning-garden was changed to projects/gleaning-garden.
Then I went to Permastructures tab and I believe I clicked here link in the instructions.
Ok, it looks like you regenerated the custom permalinks and overwrote the ones that you manually changed.
You should replace “projects/%project%” with: “campaigns/%project%” in “Projects” post type permastructure settings and then regenerate them again.

I could not fix the permalink to original. Is there a tool you have to revert to original?
The original/native permalinks will be restored if you simply deactivate the plugin.
Please send me a screenshot with your current Permastructure settings (Tools -> Permalink Manager -> Permastructures).
