Lost all pages

    Big problems with my site.

    My post and all pages have dissapeared after I tried to link my contacts page to my mail account.

    I can’t add anything new as it has decided I have insufficient authority.

    I have one piece of spam that will not shift.

    I was top of page 1 on Google but I suspect not for much longer.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
