  • Edit post Delete post

    I just went live with my site:

    http://www.wowinsync.org

    from http://www.wowinsync.org/test_wp

    I followed instructions online, and the theme and everything else transferred fine. But I can’t get any featured images or thumbnails to show up. Even when I re add them manually.

    I used the plugin: Velvet Blues Update URLs to automatically updated image URLs, but nothing changed.

    Whenever I look at an image it has the correct new URL, but won’t display. When I re-add a featured image, it STILL won’t display.

    Please advise…thanks!

  • Yes, but that’s a theme image that seems like it IS displaying correctly. Perhaps I’m wrong, but it’s the thumbnails and the images in the featured sliders or featured content areas that are not displaying, and nothing else. Notice the logo and social media icons all have the correct URLS and are displaying…

    So, any image that I uploaded and then added to a post or page is fine, and is dispalying. But any image that was defined as a custom field or featured image/thumbnail, is not displaying.

    Since those are theme functions, is that a php issue?

    ok so that is placeholder Recheck the featured image add it though the page not manually.

    Hmmm, in the page source, the main featured image of this page:

    http://www.wowinsync.org/?page_id=197

    Still shows the featured image URL as:

    <div class="clear"></div>
    <div class="entry post clearfix">
    <h1 class="title">Our Programs</h1>
    									<div class="thumbnail">
    	<a href="http://www.wowinsync.org/?page_id=197">
    		<strong><img src="/home/handsfor/public_html/WOWINSYNC.ORG/test_wp/wp-content/uploads/et_temp/Money-i-296585_160x160.jpg" alt='Our Programs' width='160' height='160' />	</strong>

    Weird. The plugin didn’t catch that. Any thoughts?
