Lost All Images

Newbie here.
I just attempted a CSV file upload with Supra CSV Importer. I’m using e-commerce. After the first test upload it said that it was successful. When I looked at my product list, not only were there no new products but ALL images were gone. My banner is gone from my site also. My media library has the image names where there were images.

Could the new software have changed the settings?

I’m new so any basic instructions ( ie: click this link, go to this tab ) would be appreciated.
