 * I’m having a problem with my admin access and screen. When I log onto [http://www.website.com/wp-admin/](http://www.website.com/wp-admin/),
I only see these on the menu on the left: Dashboard, Posts, Comments, Profile
and Tools. I can’t see the other options! I tried googling the situation and
it sounded like my admin access changed somehow. But I have no idea how. I only
have one theme that I installed weeks ago (aside from the ones that came with
WP) and two plugins (ultra user lite and ultra user pro). I have been able to
use the admin screen since the latest installation of the plugin and it was fine.
I don’t know how and why it suddenly changed. I am the only person working on
the site, so it wasn’t that someone changed my admin access.
    Can someone please
   help?

 * Try deactivating those plugins – does that change it?

 * If you cannot login, you can deactivate them manually by changing the name on
the plugins folder on the server (use FTP or Cpanel to access this) to `plugins.

 * I couldn’t deactivate the plugin via the dashboard because I can’t access it.
I did change the name of the plugin folder from the Cpanel but that didn’t do
   it.
I also contacted the plugin and they suggested a super admin role. How do
   I do this?

 * That only exists if you are using [Multisite](http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network).
 * Did you set up this site?
 * What is the site URL?

 * I did set up the site. But I’m not using Multisite.
 * They said that it would take a decent coder 30 minutes to restore my admin privileges.
   Eek!
 * I think that the problem was that I upgraded my membership level on my site (
there are different levels of membership depending on the monthly fee and I was
testing the payment), so that changed my role.

 * You can try adding a new admin user directly to your DB:
