# Lost admin access

 * I seem to have lost access to my admin on my site thedeepsearch.com
 * I have logged in and out several times but no admin bar is appearing at the top.
 * Any advice on retrieving access welcome.

 * You say you have lost access to Admin but I think you just mean the Admin toolbar
   when viewing the front end of your site right?
 * If that’s the case, login via [http://thedeepsearch.com/wp-admin](http://thedeepsearch.com/wp-admin)
   go to your user profile and make sure the Toolbar option is checked.
 * If it is checked and you still do not see the toolbar from the frontend of your
   website, perhaps a plugin is conflicting. Deactivate any plugins you have installed
   or activated recently (one by one) and see if that fixes the problem
