# Lost ?

 * I saved my files and database and backed it up then saved it to my computer. 
   Now I found out that my files are not saved and when I updated to 3.8 had a problem.
   I had to revert to 3.6 and now there are is no way to get my site back the way
   it was. Is there somewhere that my information is that I can get to it? Go Daddy
   is my host and they don’t have it. Or can’t find it. Please help. I will never
   upgrade again 🙁

 * To clarify, you used BackUpWordPress to backup your site (database and files)
   and downloaded the backup file, but it’s no longer available neither on your 
   computer nor on the server?

    When I upgraded both my site and my WP administration panel delivered only
   blank pages.

 * Did you disable all plugins before attempting the upgrade?
    Is your dashboard
   still inaccessible?
