 * Still trying to reach my site. Please note I just changed my email contact. I
have an entire site but am unable to reach it. It is a WordPress.org site. August
21 you sent me a confirmation of my user name and an URL to create a password.

 * We didn’t send you anything! WordPress.org provides software for you to install
   on your chosen host.
 * This article lists 7 completely different ways to reset your password. Any one
of them will work and do the job. Find the one that’s right for you and use that:

 * Thanks,Steve – but I was not able to make this work. Everything crashed several
weeks ago. This is a multi-faceted issue. Theree has to be a way to work through
it. I am working on retrieving access to my Bluehost.com account – so far ineffectually.
You say that I may need to contact WordPress.org. I thought that was what I was
doing. If there is another way to reach WordPress.org, please give me that link.
I have lots of information, just not the password. Thanks.

 * You are contacting WordPress.org — We cannot fix your site for you. We do not
host it. Keep working with Bluehost support.

 * Steve – how would I know for sure if I used WordPress.com or WordPress.org as
a design platform? I have had emails from both.

 * Where is your site hosted? IF the issue is with the site at 66.147.244.174, it’s
at bluehost, so it’s wordpress.org software.

 * [@gonenativeus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gonenativeus/), regarding
your latest post (that I removed): You’ve been told several times, by several
people, over the last two months, to contact Bluehost for support. Have you contacted
   them?

 * Yes, I have been in touch (?) with Bluehost numerous times since the end of September.
Thank you all for the suggestion. I have called, chatted and emailed back and
forth with several different Bluehost people. They are obsessed with a thought
that I am a business; I am not a business therefore I do not have the documents
they ask for. I have sent them a copy of my personal receipt for their hosting
that they sent me, new email address, snail-mail address and phone number and
a color copy of my drivers license. Also DNS info on two of the domains I own,
and one that I don’t own, but I am listed as Admin and Technical contact. No
moves forward, but I’m still trying. Now they want a copy of my personal utility
bill, which seems intrusive to me. Why do they need that? I’m in touch (?) with
a brick wall. Worst “customer service” I have ever had in my long life. I know
you are not affiliated with Bluehost, you are volunteers for this WordPress.org
support forum. However, does anybody out there have any idea where to go to get
Bluehost to review the information I have sent them, and move ahead? Obviously
   I desperately need help. Thanks.

 * Steve -your comments have been helpful and I appreciate it. I just need to find
   a live person at Bluehost!
