# Losing message

 * Used the chat for the first time today with a group, some people including me
   when logged in as author, lost messages – no error message they just didn’t appear–
   is there anything I should check.
 * Otherwise am impressed with the plug-in

 * Glad to help. I’m not sure what might be interfering, but one thing you can check
   is your site’s error and/or debug logs. They will provide very useful information
   regarding any errors/warnings might be happening.
