Losing it[1]: moved from MT to WP

  • Successfully transferred my weblog from MT[1] to WP. Had some fun and games getting the CSS to match the previous design, made some minor tweaks here and there, and generally had fun with it :-).
It lives here, if anyone wants to have a look:

[1] After playing extensively with v3, and deciding it wasn’t worth moving from v2.x, so I had another look around, and settled on WP[2]
    [2] Sorry, I like footnotes[3]
[3] My site has lots of them

Welcome to the family. You definitely use more footnotes than anyone I’ve seen before.

    I’m well known for them, I’m afraid…..

Well, having moved my old MT layout to WP, I decided it was time to change the look a bit. The new version is now live. I’ve moved most of the remaining static pages into the weblog to reduce the workoad next time I change the design (it’s only a matter of time…)
Now here’s an interesting thing – since I moved to WP, I seem to be making a lot more posts, and more longer posts especially. I think it’s the more pleasant interface encouraging me to do that……..
