# Losing formatage

 * This plugin is exactly what I need, but when it’m trying to send a message with
   it, i’m just losing the formatage. It’s just one long line.
 * If there’s an option to fix that, I didn’ find it.

 * Did this problem resolve itself with the update to v.1.1 or is it still a problem?
 * If it is still a problem, could you let me know what language your messages are
   written in, and what specific characters you use in them, so we can see if that
   is the issue? I would love to see a sample of a message that is shown on one 
   long line to get a better idea.

 * I don’t know. With no solution, I just stop using it and search for another solution.
 * If I’ll retry I’ll let you know.

 * OK – and if you could let me know what language you were writing the messages
   in, even if you don’t try the plugin again, that would be really helpful, so 
   if we can find out if it relates to certain HTML characters that confuse the 
   line breaking…

 * I was writing in french. Maybe indeed, certain HTML characters are problematic.

 * Hi Eusebito,
    Just to let you know that in the brand new v.1.3 release, we have
   worked extensively on getting special HTML characters from different languages
   to work well. Perhaps you could check how the French characters are looking now…?
 * If you do come across any characters that do not display properly, we would love
   to know, so we can also fix those.
