 * Hello- Newbie question for you. I am making changes in the html area of WordPress
but when I either switch to Visual or instead click on
    Update page I lose my
   coding changes.
 * What am I doing wrong?

 * You’re switching to the Visual tab which is **not** meant for handcoded markup.
   Stick to the HTML tab.

 * I was switching to Visual to see if the html coding I did worked right.
    How
do you check it then- by updating the page?
