lose translated text each time WordPress in updated

    Hi,
    I am translating the plugin TI Woocommerce wishlist and when I save the translation I get this notification:
    Notification: Changes made to this file may be overwritten or deleted when updating WordPress

    Will I lose translated text each time WordPress in updated?
