Did you recently change from http to https?
Install the plugin ‘better search replace’. Search for http://www.thetastingrooms.eu and replace with https://www.thetastingrooms.eu in all tables. When done, clear all cache on your browser and the server.

I used SSL Insecure Content Fixer and host transferred it.
But this was done months ago?
Well, clearly that plugin didn’t work.
OK, let’s go off troubleshooting.
Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. Already done the disable all plugins route but to no avail.

Run both, the only issue really was php version, which I’ve upgraded, but makes no difference.
I’m beginning to suspect wpbakery.
