Loren was a BIG help

I wasn’t sure about the pro version of Essential Addons for Elementor because support for most plugins is slugish and I was also apprehensive because the use an AI chat bot.

I have to say, the chat bot was detailed, helpful and when it couldn’t help, it promptly connected me to Loren. Over two days Loren continued to answer my questions, and we were both able to share videos and files.

Loren was super helpful in finding a resolution and in the end, I am throughly impressed with this level of support and function. Without trying, they have sold me on the pro version and the level of support is impressive to say the least.
