 * We have been using Timely events calendar for well over a year now and it has
been great. Easy for the client to use and it integrates well with the website.
 * The calendar has tool started loosing it’s visual styling, then it is not really
   functional.
 * I have read through the support forum for a bit and found one solution, which
is to go to Events/ Theme options and click Save Options. I did this every day
for the last month, but the next time I look at it the styles are missing again.
   sigh
 * I do not want that to be something I have to do every few hours to keep a plugin
   working.
 * The only things I have changed recently, was adding a caching plugin to compensate
for the removal of caching by WordPress – I disabled that plugin and deleted
it 2 days ago … nothing else has changed except regular updates. Problem still
   exists.
 * So any ideas on how to keep this plugin working? [http://trendincite.com/events/](http://trendincite.com/events/)

 * Has your cache plugin left behind an [uncleared cache folder](http://www.mhthemes.com/blog/clean-up-wordpress-websites-plugin-leftovers/)
that your site is still attempting to use, not all plugins clean up after themselves
   unfortunately.
 * Use an FTP client like [Filezilla](https://filezilla-project.org/) to login to
your server and look for any **cache** folders related to the cache plugin you
   used.
 * You should simply be able to rename the cache folder if you do find one instead
of deleting it straight away, as a precautionary measure.
 * Hope this helps.

 * No the cache folder is gone – just checked. That is not the answer. 🙁

 * Oh and even better, I have the same calendar plugin with the caching tool, on
   2 other websites w/o a problem.
And yes I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled
   Timely events plugin. M

 * I’m having the same issue. I have to change the theme and then change it back
to fix the issue. I also notice that the Cache Reports in settings turns itself
off. I turn it back on and reset the theme and then everything works again.
 * This started for me a few months ago.

 * Same issue happening here. I’ve also noticed after clearing out my cache file
on Friday that it had about 35 new files in it today. It’s like it keeps generating
   new CSS files.
