Loosing 80% of traffic and cannot change mode

    I started using the plugin 2 weeks ago on several websites of my clients.

    Except for the easy configuration I faced these issues:

    • On a Website that had no cookie blocker before, I am now receiving no more than 20% of the traffic in Analytics
    • I cannot change from the Gold/Silver/Bronze to the other modes.
    • I cannot unselect the reject by default button that is probably causing so much loss in traffic
    • The new google tracking is suppose to pass the traffic although visitors reject cookies so it doesn’t seem to be updated.

    I might do something wrong but as I am facing similar situations on several websites where I tried it, I will give it up for now and try another one.

    Hi Roland,

    We’re sorry to see such a low rating – can we please check: are you sure that you are using our GDPR plugin and not some other solution? We don’t have any Gold/Silver/Bronze modes as part of our plugin.
