@tjoller What shortcode/parameters are you using here or what settings have you set in the main Setup tab?
@tjoller I can no longer view this webpage. I do like the login functionality you have there – nice holding page!
For the Shortcode, you will need enough reviews to perform the animation, so if you have less than 4 reviews with 2 slides showing 2 reviews in each – this is not enough. Try starting with a carousel of 2 slides, 1 in each view.

Hello,
Thanks, and sorry for activating maintenance page. It has been disabled now.
I tried your solution but no automtic slides with this shortcode
[reviews_rating name=”no” vicinity=0 bullet=0 attribution=0 view=1 limit=4 interval=7 loop=true]
Regards,
N
@tjoller I see you have 3 reviews, so enough for a view of 1. Everything seems to be exactly as I’d expect to see with these parameters. Just the automatic looping is not running…
Do you have the interval parameter set? I cannot see this value in the data-interval="X"
.
[reviews_rating name=false vicinity=false bullet=false attribution=false view=1 limit=4 interval=7 loop=true]
If this is set, please let me know and I’ll perform some tests using your Place ID and this Shortcode with its parameters.

Hi,
Where should I be able to set data-interval=”X”? In the shortcode?
What value can I place inmstead of the X?
I don’t see the option in the menu.

N
@tjoller I think you’ve fixed it!
Perhaps your page was cached so an older version of the Shortcode was appearing?
The data-interval="X"
was just a reference to the HTML output in your page. I was expecting to see this if the interval was set. A valid parameter “interval” in the Shortcode would result in this appearing.
The interval is set as 1 second now, so just try something a little slower (a larger number) so people have enough time to read the text.
