It looks great on all of the default themes. Perhaps your theme’s author failed to properly “align labels and buttons”.
That is a totally unfair “review” of the plugin.
As the author says, he is correct, the styling of the labels and buttons is modified by css of the current theme – change the theme and you change the styling.
It is unfair to the plugin author because it falsely criticises his work.
It is unfair to other WP users like me, because we will see your 1 star rating, click to see why, only then see that our time is wasted with an inaccurate and non-helpful “review”. ie this does not help us in understanding of this is a good or bad plugin.
Please consider changing your rating and updating your review.
