    Thanks for reaching out. From inspecting your site I can see both the non secure (http) and the secure (https) versions of your site are available. With that I suspect this may be the cause, with the plugin connected to one single version.

    In order to ensure you remain connected please ensure all non secure traffic is redirected to your secure site (https). You can use a plugin or apply a redirect though your hosting provider. If unsure let me know and I can advise further.
