    I’ve been trying for a few days to get my contact form nicely aligned, turns out this widget was (apparently) filtering the content and applying the automatic paragraph tag so I had to insert my shortcode into the plain text widget to get it nicely formatted.

    Is there anyone who can confirm this and is that intended behaviour?

    Hi Ovidiu,
    you may enable / disable the “Automatically add paragraphs” option for each widget instance individually. If despite the option is disabled, you continue getting the paragraphs added, there’s probably something else (another plugin?) adding them.

    Oh no, that’s so embarrassing. I worked on a laptop and the checkbox to disable that functionality was below, so not visible to me 🙁
