    Hello,
Thanks for reporting the problem. This seems to be a problem specific to your website. (I’m not able to reproduce the issue when using the latest versions of Customizr and Nimble Builder.
Below is a troubleshooting process that could help you isolate the cause of the problem.

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all updated to their latest versions.
    2. In your WordPress admin, go to settings > general and verify that your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are identical. The website will not run properly if the urls are different.
    3. Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    4. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : Install the WP official Health check plugin. Activate the troubleshooting mode. Then deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • Child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme
    • Theme problem : try to activate a WordPress default theme ( Twenty … )
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.
    • To log possible code errors on your website, enable WP_DEBUG mode and log the output of the debug.log to a file that you can share on http://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com ( to get a debug log file you need to set define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); and define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); in your wp_config.php file.

    Thanks for your guide.
    1. I use the latest version of all software.
    2. In my WordPress admin, I verify that your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are identical
    3. I do not use any cache plugin or something like that.
    4. I cleared the browser history and check it with several browsers and several computers.
    5. I disabled all other plugins.
    6. Theme problem: If I change the theme and disable the nimble plugin, I have no problem.
    7. I use no java script.
I enabled the WP_DEBUG mode. But no debug file is created yet.
Here is the error log file.

    OK thanks for those information.
I’ve identified a possible minor issue with Nimble Builder in the error log file, but I don’t think that this is the cause of the error message you get in the customizer.
I’m still unable to reproduce the problem locally on my test sites for the moment.
Let me know if you have any other useful insights to share about this issue.
    Thank you

what do you think for the production of the error message? is it from wordpress, theme or plugin?

    Hello,

what do you think for the production of the error message? is it from wordpress, theme or plugin?

As replied in a previous message, I don’t know the cause of the issue. I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my test sites. Nimble Builder + Customizr theme work fine, I can’t reproduce the error message when pressing “Publish” in the customizer.

Is it possible for you to loginto my site and check it?
If yes, please let me know your email address to send user and pass

As per the forum’s rules, login requests are not possible on wordpress.org forums.

@omidtooba I archived your reply. If you continue to try and get support to access your site even via remote desktop, you may be banned from this site.

This is the reply template if the author made that ask. The author did not make that ask and that was very good of them.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

Which shows that there are many ways to provide the developer the information needed to help you.

Please do not ask for anyone to access your site that way again.
