I wouldn’t say I like default colors, links, visual attributes. There are examples on the theme homepage saying that “if you are an artist …”, but I can say that it is a design that is far from art. I guess my expectation was higher than what they created. I hope the 2022 theme looks like today’s website and meets my expectations.

@mumingulmez, the theme description says it’s a blank canvas for your ideas and that’s true. If you want to see it like a site from 20 years ago, you will. I pictured that theme as a canvas for a fashion blog and here’s the result: https://webfaces.pl/warsztaty/twenty-twenty-one/

Then I tried the black mode the theme offers and I ended up with this demo: https://webfaces.pl/warsztaty/twentytwenty-one/

I’m not a graphic designer, I’m just a fan of WordPress blocks and I like how the theme supports the WordPress block editor.

Sites from my links, these are not real websites. I was just eager to see the power of a theme that is block-ready. I think the team did amazing job.
