Looks good but not working

Spent to much time with fluent smpt, while we worked with contact form7 for years and still do without any tiny problem. After planing to use fluent crm we wanted to change. We get everything fine with a contact form, any test is success according to fluent smpt but we never get a form Email, we do get Confirmation that the form was used but never ever the content from a user.
So after this experience of the very basic of the system we are afraid to use the Fluent Universe, which does a huge amount of plugins and functions and addons, which will lead to a huge amount of time just to understand their logic and documentations alone…. We even got help from hostmaster and Email server, which ended up in Script Failure according the hostmaster… Lost to much time and this will be the same with all other Fluent Products
