Hello there @seecaye !
Thank you for taking your time to review our plugin!
Just to note, the plugin should normally track all failed login attempts (from both: unknown users through event ID 1003, and existing users through event ID 1002) , so what you described sounds a bit unexpected. Can you confirm that this happens on the regular WordPress log in page or somewhere else as for example, a custom or third-party login form?
We’d be happy to investigate this further, as failed logins are indeed something our plugin should record. Feel free to also reach out directly at support@melapress.com with your details — that’ll make it easier for us to troubleshoot and exchange more information.
Looking forward to your update!
Hi again @seecaye ,
We just wanted to follow up since we haven’t heard back from you via email or here on the thread. Hopefully everything’s been working well with the WP Activity Log plugin since your last message.
If you’ve managed to sort things out and everything looks fine now, that’s great to hear! If not, we’re still here and happy to help troubleshoot any remaining issues.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback and for using WP Activity Log.
