Yes it’s a fork from WP-ERP – which we acknowledge in the code credits. They offer a great plugin, but we want to go in a different direction and offer more light weight plugin by removing the accounts and ERP elements and we have a lot of plans for adding a wider range of HR specific features and addons.

Incidentally, as you work for them you might like to know that we did approach a developer and Wedevs and emailed the main company email about working together but there was no interest so we decided to go in our own direction.
