Looking to add video carousel to sidebar AND have a video gallery on a page

Hello,

I’ve gone through the Plugins directory, and I’ve seen plugins that allow us to put videos in the sidebar. I’ve seen plugins that will let us build a full on video gallery. I’ve seen “carousel” plugins, some of which support videos. But I don’t think I’ve seen a free or low-cost plugin that will:

a) allow us to place a video-carousel widget in the sidebar, and easily change the list of videos in that carousel. Videos will be hosted on YouTube.
b) allow us to build a video gallery (on a separate page, I’m guessing) that lets us easily add to the gallery list, order and re-order the gallery list, and either plays videos in a modal or can be configured to do same

c) is responsive and isn’t bloated

I’m a bit new to WP, have come into a job where WP is the primary tool for building and maintaining sites for various internal groups, and while I’m getting up to speed…I also really need this particular video-functionality, and can’t find a plugin that combines all of them.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or will we need two plugins to achieve this? (one for the sidebar-carousel, one for the video gallery with list?)
