No, the transition should be smooth, both plugins use the same Shipment Tracking meta fields. Just do not keep both plugins active.

1. Deactivating Old Shipment Tracking plugin
2. Download AST
3. Activate and use AST
Are there any specific settings/edits to be up and running?
Will I need to create new emails or anything?
Bulk Upload generates error: “Failed – Invalid Order Id – XXX-12133”
We use: YITH WooCommerce Sequential Order Number Premium

“WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers” but the plugin does not match ours. Can we not use bulk import using our customer order numbers, or can you please advise?

The reason we switched was for ease of use for bulk uploading tracking numbers. It is why we asked IN ADVANCED so we are not left without a solution as we are now. Please reply so that we can either proceed with ASL or not. Happy to contact by email if that is more appropriate.

You did not specify this requirement in advance and currently do not have compatibility with the Yith custom order numbers plugin but we can add for the next release which is planned for next week.
We just need the plugin and since it’s a premium plugin, can you send us a download link to a copy of the plugin so we can test it? you can send it using our contact form zorem.com

Per our conversation, the newly released plugin was going to allow my sequence order plugin to be compatible with this plugin for bulk important. It does not work. I am receving conflicting messages from the email address you requested I contact, so please advise.

Hi, We just released the latest version of the AST plugin – 2.9.9.5 and added compatibility with the Yith custom order numbers plugin. Update with the latest version and check.
